Does It Fit Pty Ltd ACN 621 644 586 trading as On The Juice – Cleanse ABN 34 621 644 586 grants you a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to use and access the website and online ordering platform (collectively known as ‘On The Juice – Cleanse website’). In these Terms and Conditions, “us”, “we” and “our” refer to “On The Juice – Cleanse” and references to “you” and “your” is to you, the end user. These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws prevalent in Victoria, Australia.
1. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.
2. You acknowledge & accept our Privacy Policy.
3. Until registered you are a “User” and you do not have the authority, implied or express, to access the Services and disclaims all liability in relation to your use of this Site.

YOUR HEALTH, NUTRITION & CONSUMPTION
1. “On The Juice – Cleanse” products have not been pasteurized. The effect of not being pasteurized means that each product is raw, which is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and individuals concerned about the consumption of raw produce. If you have any concerns about your health or wish to obtain information about matters related to your health, we advise you to contact a medical professional before consumption of any “On The Juice – Cleanse” product.
2. “On The Juice – Cleanse” products are designed with but not limited to science and evidence-based research by a qualified Nutritionist.
3. “On The Juice – Cleanse” do not give medical advice or specific health related advice. Any recommendations given by “On The Juice – Cleanse” shall be treated as general advice only and shall not supersede advice given by any trained medical professional.
4. “On The Juice – Cleanse” products are advertised to be gluten-free, however they are made using equipment which may contain traces of gluten.
5. “On The Juice – Cleanse” products may contain traces of nuts, even if not specifically listed on the label due to using equipment which may contain traces of nuts.
6. “On The Juice – Cleanse” products contain a range of high quality organic and non-organic ingredients.
7. “On The Juice – Cleanse” do not claim to be certified organic.
DELIVERY/PICKUP & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
“On The Juice – Cleanse” products are guaranteed fresh for 4 days after delivery and have best before expiry labels. The products may last longer than this.
It is your responsibility to ensure all “On The Juice – Cleanse” products are stored correctly and refrigerated as soon as possible after pick-up or delivery. Any delays in refrigeration which result in poor quality, products will not be reimbursed by “On The Juice – Cleanse”.
If you are not home upon delivery, the “On The Juice – Cleanse” delivery team member or associated third party delivery partner will attempt to contact you using your contact details. If you cannot be reached, the “On The Juice – Cleanse” team member or third party delivery partner will deliver the order to the entrance/concierge of the provided address. “On The Juice – Cleanse” will follow specific delivery instructions provided on the order.
You agree to take the responsibility for any risk of damage or loss of the order after pick-up or delivery to your address.
“On The Juice – Cleanse” is not responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience as a result of incorrect instructions provided by you to “On The Juice – Cleanse” (examples include but are not limited to incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact information, incorrect starting date selected by you).
“On The Juice – Cleanse” have a distributor located at Shop 2 310 Carlisle Street, Balaclava VIC 3183. You may elect to pick up your order from this address rather than have your order delivered.
All pick-up orders must be completed before 6:00pm. If you are unable to arrive at the store before 6:00pm, you must contact “On The Juice – Cleanse” immediately to make alternative arrangement. If you fail to contact “On The Juice – Cleanse” within this timeframe, “On The Juice” reserve the right to cancel your pick up order with no refund.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. “On The Juice – Cleanse” endeavour to deliver the correct products. However, should we make an error or deliver an inferior quality product, “On The Juice – Cleanse” will refund you the total value of the error/inferior product. Where practical we will schedule another delivery to rectify the issue, provided that you advise “On The Juice – Cleanse” of such errors within 24 hours after you have received the order.
2. “On The Juice – Cleanse” do not offer refunds for circumstance including but not limited to changes of mind, inability to receive delivery, general dislike of the taste/experience of the product, customer incorrect product selection, customer incorrect storage of products or other similar unforeseeable circumstances you may experience. In this instance, “On The Juice – Cleanse” may offer you a “store credit” equal to the value of your order to be redeemed at a later date.
3. You may wish to swap a “On The Juice – Cleanse” product for another product of equal value. “On The Juice – Cleanse” are happy to accommodate such requests provided that you advise us of such changes 48 hours prior to the starting date of your order.
4. “On The Juice – Cleanse” do not offer refunds. However, we may choose at our sole discretion to refund your order in full provided that you advise us of such changes 48 hours prior to the starting date of your order.
